To do this, you must leave a written request using the feedback form below.
Your request will be processed, wait for a response.

If you have applied for the return of tickets for canceled or postponed events, such an application will be immediately submitted to the Organizer of the event for a decision on the refund.

We remind you that in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine, refunds for canceled or postponed events are made exclusively by the official Event Organizer, so you have the right to contact the Event Organizer directly.
