Ukrainian star with a new vision

Singer and songwriter Roksolana Syrota, who performs under the stage name ROXOLANA, first won the hearts of Ukrainian listeners in 2019 thanks to her participation in the singing talent show ‘The Voice of the Country-9’. Although the performer did not get very far, she gained valuable experience and understood where she wanted to go next. In 2021, ROXOLANA presented the track ‘Ochyma’, which marked the beginning of the controversial art project ‘Ukraine is’, combining contemporary music and poems by famous Ukrainian poets.

As we know, it is customary to carol at Christmas, spreading good cheer to everyone around. That is why ROXOLANA recorded two albums, ‘Mood: Caroling’ and ‘Mood: Caroling Vol. 2’. In these albums, various Ukrainian stars performed well-known Ukrainian carols in modern arrangements together with the singer. In addition to solo performances, ROXOLANA often does collaborative concerts. These are special holiday projects, most often at Christmas. For example, in 2024 there was ‘A Very Warm Christmas with ROXOLANA,’ and in 2025 there are plans for a ‘Christmas Ice Show with ROXOLANA.’ At these concerts, ROXOLANA performs Christmas carols together with famous guests: MONATIK, TVORCHI, KAZKA, Tayanna, ZLATA OGNEVICH and others.
