“Wild Theater” is an independent theater from Kyiv that has become a space for artistic experiments with form and content. It has gained a lot of audience love by breaking stereotypes about traditional performing arts. So, choose your performance from the Wild Theater, but we are sure that you will definitely want more!

Provocation of art

Theater manager Yaroslava Kravchenko founded “Wild Theater” in 2016. The theater actively engages young actors, directors, artists, composers, and other artists. The theater actively experiments with forms of presentation: from the classical drama genre to musicals, zoom performances and immersive productions that break the boundary between the stage and the audience.

“Wild Theater” is not afraid to emphasize the issues around them, sometimes taboo, including gender equality, social injustice, mental health, and freedom of choice. And all of this is done without pretense, moralizing, or pretended purity.

Some of the performances of “Wild Theater” have age restrictions because they are so hyperrealistic that they can be psychologically traumatizing or even frightening. But at the same time, they are amazing, exciting and unpredictable. Try this provocation of art at least once and become a connoisseur of “Wild Theater” forever!

Social acuity and innovation

“Wild Theater” stages socially challenging and radical performances based on works by contemporary and classic Ukrainian and foreign authors:

  • “Viy 2.0”;
  • “Flowers for Algernon;
  • “Handcuffs 2.0”;
  • “Kitty”;
  • “Foam of Days”.

Every year, “Wild Theater” adds several new performances. And they are shown at different locations - the House of Artists, Stage 6, Franko Theater, National Circus, and others. Come to “Wild Theater” and enjoy the art!
